Sugared Pecans
A list of ingredients you will need:
1/2 cup - butter or margarine, melted
2 - egg whites
1/2 teaspoon - salt
1 cup - Domino® Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons - apple pie spice
1 pound - pecan halves (about 4 cups)

Preheat oven to 325°F. Pour butter into a 15 1/2x10 1/2x1-inch jelly roll pan.
In large bowl, beat egg whites and salt until foamy. Gradually add sugar and apple pie spice, beating just until blended Add pecans and stir to coat.
Spread pecans in a single layer in prepared pan. Bake about 30 minutes or until pecans are crisp and butter is absorbed, turning pecans over with a metal spatula every 10 minutes. Cool pecans on baking sheet until crisp, about 2 hours. Store tightly covered.
Makes about 4 cups.
