Cranberry Brown Sugar Cookies
A list of ingredients you will need:
2 cups - firmly packed Domino® Dark Brown Sugar
1 cup - butter or margarine, softened
2 - eggs
1/2 cup - sour cream
3 1/2 cups - all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon - baking soda
1 teaspoon - salt
1 teaspoon - cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon - nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon - cloves
1 cup - (5 oz) dried cranberries
1 cup - golden raisins

If cranberries are exceptionally large, chop them before adding to cookie dough.
You may also substitute one cup chopped, dried cherries for cranberries.

Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Beat sugar and butter in large bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs and sour cream; beat until creamy.
Stir together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves in small bowl; gradually add to sugar mixture, beating until well mixed. Stir in cranberries and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool.
Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
