Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease cookie sheets.In large bowl, mix together all ingredients except sugar.Drop dough by slightly rounded teaspoons into small bowl of sugar. Roll to coat lightly. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.Bake 16-18 minutes. Do not brown. Let cool on cookie sheet several minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely.Makes 3 dozen cookies.
