Agave Glazed Carrots
- 1 lb. - carrots, peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch-thick pieces
- 4 tablespoons - butter (1/2 stick)
- 1/3 cup - Domino® Organic Amber Agave Nectar
- 1/4 teaspoon - ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place carrots in a large saucepan and cover with water. Boil until slightly tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and return to pan.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Place into a covered casserole dish and bake, covered, for 20 minutes.
