Light Basil Vinaigrette
- 24 - fresh basil leaves
- 2 - cloves garlic
- 2 tsp - Domino® Light Sugar & Stevia Blend
- 1 cup - olive oil
- 1/3 cup - apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper, optional
Place basil leaves, garlic and Light Sugar & Stevia Blend in food processor. Pulse until chopped. Slowly add oil and then the vinegar. Pulse until combined.
If no food processor is available, in a medium bowl, combine chopped basil, minced garlic and Light Sugar & Stevia Blend. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil and vinegar. Add slowly to basil and garlic, blending well.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups.
