- 12 - graham crackers, broken in half horizontally
- Buttercream Frosting (recipe follows)
Instructions
Fill a resealable plastic sandwich bag halfway with frosting and seal it. Snip off the very tip of one corner to create a small hole for a writing tip.
Using filled sandwich bag, pipe names of the guests on graham crackers and decorate as desired.
Squeeze a small amount of frosting on one end of the cracker. Join an identical cracker on the other end, tent fashion. Let set.
Buttercream Frosting: Combine in large bowl, 1 (1 lb.) pkg. Domino® Confectioners Sugar (approx. 3 3/4 cups), 1/2 cup softened butter or margarine, 3-4 tablespoons milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat at medium speed 1-2 minutes until creamy.
