Chocolate Coffee Glaze
Two Favorite Flavors Rolled Into One Frosting
Ingredients List
- 2 ounces - unsweetened chocolate (2 squares)
- 2 tablespoons - butter or margarine
- 2 cups - Domino® Confectioners Sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon - salt
- 3 to 4 tablespoons - coffee, strong liquid
Instructions
In top of double boiler over hot water, melt chocolate and butter. Beat in sugar and salt; add coffee, 1 tablespoon at a time, until smooth and pourable.
Makes enough to frost 24 cupcakes
