Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry. Trim and crimp edges as desired; set aside.
In large bowl, combine milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt and nutmeg; beat well. Sprinkle coconut into pastry shell. Pour egg mixture over coconut.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Serve garnished with whipped cream.
Makes 8 servings.
To make sweetened whipped cream, beat 1 cup heavy whipping cream at high speed until soft peaks form. Continue beating while gradually adding 2 tablespoons Domino® Granulated Sugar until stiff peaks form. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
