Feast Day Cookies For Passover
- 1/2 cup - Domino® Granulated Sugar
- 3 - eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 cup - matzo cake meal
- 1/2 teaspoon - cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon - salt
- 1/2 cup - chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup - seedless raisins
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease cookie sheet.
In large mixing bowl, gradually beat sugar into beaten eggs until light and foamy. In small bowl, combine matzo cake meal, cinnamon and salt; gradually fold into egg mixture. Add nuts and raisins; stir to combine.
Drop from teaspoons 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to cooling rack.
This recipe is Kosher for Passover.
Makes 30 cookies.
Storage tip: Store in airtight container with waxed paper between layers
