Mix it up a bit, and add some Halloween figures along with the ghosts. To make Black Cats, using 1/4 of fondant recipe, work in 3 to 4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder before adding 1 to 2 drops of black gel food coloring. Roll black fondant to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness. Use cat-shaped cookie cutter to cut out shapes. Insert pretzel sticks to bottom of cats’ legs to secure cats into center of cupcakes. If you wish to make 24 ghosts, you will need to make 2 batches of the fondant.
