Lemon Glazed Carrots
Lemon Adds Zest to an Old-Fashioned Favorite
Ingredients List
- 2 tbsp. - butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup - Domino® Brown Sugar, packed
- 2 tsp. - lemon rind, finely grated
- 6 medium - carrots, peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces and cooked
Instructions
In large skillet, heat butter, sugar and rind until boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, add carrots and cook until sauce thickens and carrots are glazed.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
