Nutty Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients List
- 1 - (1 lb.) pkg. Domino® Confectioners Sugar (approx. 3 3/4 cups)
- 1/2 cup - unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 cup - butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup - evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon - vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon - salt
- 1/2 cup - chopped walnuts or pecans
Instructions
Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Combine all ingredients, except nuts, in medium heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and creamy, 7 to 10 minutes. Stir in nuts. Spread evenly in pan. Cool completely. Cut in squares.
Makes 2 dozen pieces.
