Peanut Chocolate Fudge Cookies

Two Kinds of Chocolate Make These Bountiful, Peanutty Cookies Wonderfully Rich And Tasty.

Ingredients List

Peanut Chocolate Fudge Cookies
  • 10 ounces - bittersweet chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons - unsalted butter (1 1/2 ounces)
  • 1 cup - Domino® Granulated Sugar
  • 3 - large eggs
  • 1/3 cup - all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 - teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup - shelled peanuts
  • 1/2 cup - chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350° F. Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Stir until smooth. With electric mixer on high speed, mix sugar and eggs until thick. On low speed, or by hand, stir in flour and baking powder. Stir in melted chocolate and then peanuts and chocolate chips. Let batter sit for about 30 minutes until it gets firm. Form cookies into balls (about 2 tablespoons each). Place cookies several inches apart on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake for about 12 minutes until no longer shiny on top.

Makes about 24 cookies
