Combine coffee, brown sugar and cinnamon in small saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until hot and sugar dissolves. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Pour into 4 large mugs; top with whipped cream. Serve with cinnamon sticks or additional cinnamon sprinkled on top.
Makes 4 (8 oz) servings.
Quick Tip
Cinnamon is the inner bark of a tropical evergreen tree. When the bark is dried, it curls into quills. The quills are sold as cinnamon sticks or ground into powder.
