Agave Caesar Dressing
1 1/2 cups dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise, low-fat
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Domino® Organic Blue Agave Nectar Syrups
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper, black or white
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk, low-fat
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on low speed for 30 seconds, until combined. Add additional milk, if necessary, to reach desired consistency.
Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
