Agave Chocolate Glaze

The chocolate flavor of this thick glaze is heightened by the addition of freshly brewed coffee.


about 3/4 cup glaze


  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, Dutch processed
  • 1/2 cup Domino® Organic Blue Agave Nectar Amber Syrup
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons prepared coffee, room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Place cocoa in a small bowl. Using a spoon, slowly add organic blue agave nectar amber syrup until a thick paste forms. Add vanilla and coffee, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.

Use on your favorite baked goods.
