Agave Glazed Carrots
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, softened
- 1/3 cup Domino® Organic Blue Agave Nectar Amber Syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare covered casserole dish.
Place carrots in a large saucepan; cover with water. Boil until slightly tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and return to pan. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Place into prepared dish and bake, covered, for 20 minutes.
