Agave Lime Marinade
about 3/4 cup marinade
- 3 cloves garlic
- 5 small chives
- 4 to 5 mint leaves
- 2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (to taste)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup Domino® Organic Blue Agave Nectar Syrups
Blend all ingredients in a food processor for 30 seconds.
Or, chop the garlic, chives and mint leaves. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
Allow the marinade to sit about 1/2 hour before using.
Use with any white meat, such as fish, shrimp, scallops or chicken.
