Agave Whipped Cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Domino® Organic Blue Agave Nectar Syrups
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine cream, agave syrup and vanilla in a chilled, medium bowl. With an electric mixer at high speed, beat until stiff peaks form and mixture begins to increase in volume.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
Do not overmix. It will cause the cream to clump and turn to sweet butter.
