Alphabet Fruit Salad with Brown Sugar Dip

Spell out Y-U-M-M-Y with this kid-friendly twist on a summer staple.


1 cup dip and 30 to 35 fruit letters from each melon


  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed Domino® Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • fresh cantaloupe melon
  • fresh honeydew melon
  • fresh pineapple


In a bowl, combine sour cream and brown sugar until well mixed. Stir in vanilla. Refrigerate.

With the melon rind on, cut several 3/4-inch wheels.  Press letter cookie cutters into the melon and lift up the cutter. If the fruit stays in the cutter, push with a skewer or chopstick to help remove.

Serve with dip.


Dip can be stored in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
