Beer and Honey Marinade
10 ounces marinade
- 1/2 cup Domino® Honey Granules
- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon grainy mustard
- 1 cup lager beer
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine.
Discard any marinade that comes in contact with raw meat or heat to a boil before brushing remainder on cooked meat.
Great for marinating beef, chicken, pork or seafood.
Substitute beer with an equal amount of non-alcoholic beer to make this recipe non-alcoholic.
It is best to use marinade the same day, but it can be stored in the refrigerator in a container with a tight fitting lid for up to 2 days.
