Belgian Orange Coffee
- 1 large orange
- 4 to 8 Domino® Dots® Sugar Cubes
- 3 cups hot, brewed, dark roast coffee
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 slices (strips) orange zest
- 1 to 2 dashes ground cinnamon
Rub outside of orange with each sugar cube, coating all sides of cubes with oils from the skin of the orange.
Pour hot coffee into 4 large mugs. Add sugar cubes and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla to each mug. Stir to combine.
Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Top each mug with a dollop.
Garnish with orange zest and cinnamon sprinkled on top. Serve immediately.
