Belgian Orange Coffee

Top this at-home gourmet coffee with a healthy dollop of whipped cream and grated orange zest for a barista-style brew.

  • 1 large orange
  • 4 to 8 Domino® Dots® Sugar Cubes
  • 3 cups hot, brewed, dark roast coffee
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 slices (strips) orange zest
  • 1 to 2 dashes ground cinnamon


Rub outside of orange with each sugar cube, coating all sides of cubes with oils from the skin of the orange.

Pour hot coffee into 4 large mugs. Add sugar cubes and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla to each mug. Stir to combine.

Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Top each mug with a dollop.

Garnish with orange zest and cinnamon sprinkled on top. Serve immediately.
