Blue Cheese and Lemon Agave Gourmet Butter

Bring new life to steak and potatoes with the bold flavors of blue cheese, lemon and sweet agave nectar.


1 cup butter


  • 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon Domino® Organic Blue Agave Nectar Syrups
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


In a medium bowl, mash cheese with the lemon zest, lemon juice and garlic until well combined. Mix in butter and agave syrup. Add pepper until completely incorporated.

Keep refrigerated or frozen until ready to use.
