Butter Brown Frosting
enough for 9-inch 1-layer cake or 20 cupcakes
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup Domino® Confectioners Sugar
- 1/3 cup packed Domino® Dark Brown Sugar
With electric mixer, beat butter, cream cheese and vanilla until well blended. Gradually beat in both sugars until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Recipe can be doubled for a two-layer 9-inch cake.
