Chocolate Coffee Glaze
enough for 24 cupcakes
- 2 ounces (2 squares) unsweetened chocolate
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 cups Domino® Confectioners Sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 to 4 tablespoons strong brewed coffee
In top of double boiler over hot water, melt chocolate and butter. Beat in sugar and salt; add coffee, 1 tablespoon at a time, until smooth and pourable.
Drizzle over your favorite baked goods.
