Coconog

Cinnamon and coconut come together in this festive holiday drink.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream of coconut
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup Domino® Quick Dissolve Superfine Sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • ground cinnamon, for garnish
  • cinnamon sticks, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender, mix together cream of coconut, evaporated milk, sugar, allspice and coconut extract. Blend 1 to 2 minutes. Chill 1 hour.

Serve cold, garnished with a pinch of ground cinnamon and/or a cinnamon stick.
