Country Coleslaw

A colorful, healthy salad for all your summer picnics and barbecues--sure to be a hit!


5 cups coleslaw


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Domino® Granulated Sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
  • 5 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup red and green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and red pepper sauce; mix well.

Stir in remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or overnight.


For a more colorful slaw, use a combination of red and green cabbage.
