Fruit Glaze

A perfect glaze for fresh or canned fruit pies, custards, tarts or pastries.


1/3 cup glaze


  • 1/3 cup peach, apricot, berry or other canned fruit juice
  • 2 tablespoons Domino® Granulated Sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons lemon juice


Combine fruit juice, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Cook, stirring, until mixture thickens and boils. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice.

Cool partially before brushing on your favorite baked goods.
