1/3 cup glaze
- 1/3 cup peach, apricot, berry or other canned fruit juice
- 2 tablespoons Domino® Granulated Sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Combine fruit juice, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Cook, stirring, until mixture thickens and boils. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice.
Cool partially before brushing on your favorite baked goods.
