Fruit Salsa Topping

This fruity twist on salsa pairs perfectly with cinnamon-sugar pita chips for a quick and easy summer dessert!

YIELDS

about 2 cups topping

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 medium green apples
  • 3 medium red apples
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 peaches
  • 1 mango
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons Domino® Quick Dissolve Superfine Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash fruit well; cut into wedges. Remove seeds and dice into small pieces; place in a bowl. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice to prevent pieces from turning brown.

Combine apple juice and sugar. Pour over diced fruit. Allow bowl to sit, covered, in refrigerator for at least one hour so the flavors meld together.
