Fudge Nuggets

Coconut, peanut butter, oats and vanilla milk chips fill these fudgy bites with layers of flavor.


24 fudge nuggets


  • 1 cup Domino® Granulated Sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsalted peanuts
  • 1 cup vanilla milk chips


Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Lightly grease paper; set aside.

In a large saucepan, combine sugar, butter, milk and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove fudge mixture from heat. Stir in peanut butter and combine well. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet. Set aside to cool completely.

Once cooled, remove nuggets from baking sheet and store in tightly covered container.


Instead of vanilla milk chips, stir in flaked coconut, raisins or chopped mixed fruit.
