Grilled Salmon Fillets
- 2 pounds fresh salmon fillets, skin on
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 tablespoons Domino® Light Brown Sugar
Place salmon fillets skin-side down on platter and season with salt and pepper. Lightly sprinkle with brown sugar.
Place fillets skin-side down directly over medium-hot coals for about 5 minutes. Turn and grill 5 minutes more or until salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork.
