Honey Blondies

Chewy like brownies, but sweet like honey, these chocolate chip blondies bring out the best in dessert bars.

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 1/2 cup Domino® Honey Granules
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8”-inch square baking pan.

In a large mixing bowl, add flour, baking powder and salt. Stir lightly to combine; set aside.

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in honey granules; mix well. Add vanilla and beaten egg. Stir briskly until mixture becomes creamy.

Add flour mixture; stir until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread batter into prepared pan.

Bake 20 minutes.

Remove pan from oven; set onto a cooling rack. Cut into squares when completely cooled.
