Mango Mojito

Sip this poolside cocktail for a totally sweet and tropical stay-cation.


2 cocktails


  • 14 ounces mango nectar
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 4 ounces gold or white rum
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoons Domino® Organic Blue Agave Nectar Syrups
  • ice cubes
  • 4 ounces club soda
  • 2 skewers
  • 1 mango, cubed


Add mango nectar, lime juice, rum, 6 mint leaves and agave nectar to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 1 minute.

Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour and strain the Mojito mixture over ice into each glass. Pour in club soda. Stir with a mango and mint leaf skewer.

Make a mango and mint skewer by threading mango chunks and mint leaves alternately onto a skewer.
