- 14 ounces mango nectar
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 4 ounces gold or white rum
- 8 mint leaves
- 2 teaspoons Domino® Organic Blue Agave Nectar Syrups
- ice cubes
- 4 ounces club soda
- 2 skewers
- 1 mango, cubed
Add mango nectar, lime juice, rum, 6 mint leaves and agave nectar to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 1 minute.
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour and strain the Mojito mixture over ice into each glass. Pour in club soda. Stir with a mango and mint leaf skewer.
Make a mango and mint skewer by threading mango chunks and mint leaves alternately onto a skewer.
