enough for 2-layer cake or 24 cupcakes
- 4 cups Domino® Confectioners Sugar
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee crystals
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1/3 cup (2/3 stick) butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 to 5 tablespoons water
In large bowl, sift sugar, coffee and cocoa. Beat in butter and vanilla. Add enough water to make a spreading consistency; beat until smooth.
