Refreshing Mango Whip

Grated ginger gives this mango whip an extra kick.

  • 3 cups mango chunks, frozen
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Domino® Quick Dissolve Superfine Sugar or Domino® Granulated Sugar
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream


Place all ingredients into a blender. Mix until smooth. Remove blender from base and using a spatula, scrape sides, bringing all of the ingredients back into the blender base. Continue blending until all of the ingredients are smooth and there are no mango chunks.

Spoon mixture into a large, plastic zip-top bag. Set the bag standing up in a large glass or bowl. Place in the freezer for 1 1/2 hours.

Remove from freezer and snip a large opening about 1 inch in size from the corner of the bag. Pipe the mango whip into a glass.

Garnish with a few mango chunks on a small skewer.
