Sunset Punch and Ice Pops

This ombré fizzy punch can be frozen into a popsicle for a sweet, fruity way to cool off.


28 (6 oz.) servings


  • 1 1/2 cups Domino® Quick Dissolve Superfine Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 2 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup rum, optional
  • 2 (2 liter) bottles cold sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup grenadine, or as needed


Place sugar, lemon juice, orange juice, pineapple juice and rum in a large pitcher; stir until well blended. Chill in the refrigerator 4 hours or overnight.

Punch (individual glasses)
Fill each glass halfway with sparkling water and top with punch mix. Slowly top with grenadine to create the sunset look to your beverage.

Pops (non-alcoholic)
Simply follow the main recipe, but without the rum. Pour ingredients into ice pop molds instead of glasses. Freeze overnight.


Garnish with a pineapple slice or a tiny paper umbrella on the rim of the glass.
