Sweet and Spicy Ham Glaze
1 1/2 cups
- 1 cup orange or pineapple juice
- 3/4 cup Domino® Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon red pepper sauce
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat; simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture reduces slightly and starts to thicken. Brush on ham frequently during last 30 minutes of baking.
