Sweet 'n Spicy BBQ Roasted Nuts
approximately 2 cups
- 2 pounds dry roasted, lightly salted assorted nuts
- 2 tablespoons Domino® Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
In a large bowl, toss nuts with sugar and spices, then coat with oil. Place in a roasting pan on the BBQ and cover (indirect, low heat), or in the oven at 325°F. Bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly golden brown.
These sweet and spicy nuts will satisfy everyone's pre-game munchies. Pack seasoned nuts into a resealable plastic bag and they are ready to roast on the go.
