  • 1 cup (2 sticks) Unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 cups Domino® Granulated Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs, at room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour 
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 5 medium Apples, peeled and cut in small cubes

Step by Step Instructions


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour one 13x9-inch pan.

Step 2

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar at medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time, and vanilla. Mix until well combined. Scrape the sides of the bowl as needed.

Step 3

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture and beat until just combined. Add apples and mix until combined.

Step 4

Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream or caramel sauce.
