Brown Sugar Burger Rub

Cayenne, cumin and black pepper heat up this brown sugar burger rub.


4 1/2 ounces of rub


  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Domino® Dark Brown Sugar


In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients until well combined. Store in a tightly sealed jar.

To use, sprinkle on burger patties, press into meat before cooking.

Store remaining rub in a cool dry place for up to 1 month.
