Brown Sugar Cookies

Soft, chewy, and oh-so-satisfying, these Brown Sugar Cookies are a breeze to bake. With just a handful of ingredients and a short bake time, they’re perfect for a quick snack or a sweet pick-me-up. Make them once, and they’ll become a family favorite!

Ingredients
  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • ¾ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) Unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 ¾ cups Domino® Dark Brown Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Pure vanilla extract

Prep Time: 25 minutes / Bake Time: 12 minutes / Yields: about 30 cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt. 

Step 3

In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. About 2-3 minutes at medium speed. Add the eggs, one at a time. Add the vanilla and mix until well incorporated. Scrape the sides of the bowl as needed.

Step 4

With the mixer at low speed, add in the flour mixture and beat until just combined. Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop the dough onto pans lined with parchment paper. 

Step 5

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
