Campfire Roasted Apples




  • 4 apples
  • 1 large lemon
  • ¼ cup Domino® Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice


Core then cut the apples into quarters and place in a large bowl or zip tie bag.

Squeeze the lemon juice over the apples and toss them in the juice.

Blend sugar together with cinnamon and allspice in a bowl big enough to roll the apple wedges in.

Skewer apple wedges and roast over hot coals or on a grill until the skins blister and juices begin to run from the apple.

Roll hot apple wedges in spiced sugar then allow them to cool and for the sugar to melt before enjoying.
