Pomegranate Martini

Sip this fruity twist on a sophisticated, refreshing cocktail that features simple syrup made using our Domino® Granulated Sugar Easy Baking Tub, vodka, triple sec, lime and pomegranate juice.

For the simple syrup

  • 1/2 cup Domino Granulated Sugar, Easy Baking Tub

  • 1/2 cup Water 

For the martini

  • 3 ounces Vodka

  • 3 ounces Pomegranate juice
  • 1 ounce Simple syrup
  • 1 ounce  Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 ounce Triple sec
  • Ice

Step 1

Prepare the simple syrup. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat, allow the syrup to cool.

Step 2

Add vodka, pomegranate juice, simple syrup, lime juice, triple sec, and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain into two martini glasses. Garnish with lime slices. Serve immediately.
