Brown Sugar Marinade
approximately 2 cups marinade
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3/4 cup sherry
- 3/4 cup orange juice concentrate
- 2 tablespoons Domino® Pourable Brown Sugar
- thin cut steak, chicken or fish of your choice
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients, except meat.
Place meat in a shallow baking dish. Pour marinade over meat, reserving 1/2 cup marinade for basting. Cover baking dish with plastic wrap. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Remove meat from dish 15 minutes prior to cooking. Discard marinade.
Prepare steak, chicken or fish as desired, until fully cooked.
