A bottle of your favorite Rosé, fresh strawberries, lemon and the sweetness of Domino® Pourable Superfine Pure Cane Sugar makes for a refreshing summer quencher.

  • 1 bottle Rosé wine

  • 1 1/2 cups Fresh strawberries, quartered
  • 1/2 cup Domino Pourable Superfine Pure Cane Sugar
  • 1 medium Lemon, juiced

Prep Time : 8 hours 10 minutes / Yields: 6 servings

Step 1

Pour rosé into two ice cube trays and freeze for at least 8 hours. 

Step 2

Once the wine is frozen, mix strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Allow the fruit to macerate for at least 30 minutes. 

Step 3

Add rosé cubes and macerated strawberries with juices into a blender and blend until smooth. Divide among six glasses. Enjoy!

Additional Tip
  • Frosé can be frozen one week ahead. When ready to serve, remove from freezer and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
