Pour rosé into two ice cube trays and freeze for at least 8 hours.
Once the wine is frozen, mix strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Allow the fruit to macerate for at least 30 minutes.
Add rosé cubes and macerated strawberries with juices into a blender and blend until smooth. Divide among six glasses. Enjoy!
Frosé can be frozen one week ahead. When ready to serve, remove from freezer and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
