INGREDIENTS
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons Domino® Quick Dissolve Superfine Sugar
- 1 (16 ounce bag) frozen, unsweetened strawberries, thawed
- 2 cups ice
- 3/4 cup rosé wine
INSTRUCTIONS
Purée water, lemon juice, sugar and strawberries together in a blender. Add ice, one cup at a time, blending after each addition. Add wine and blend until thick.
Garnish with lemon wedge, if desired.
QUICK TIP
Substitute wine with equal amount of white grape juice for a non-alcoholic treat.
