This trendy frozen cocktail is as essential to summer as swimsuits, sandals and sunglasses.

24 ounces Frosé

INGREDIENTS

  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons Domino® Quick Dissolve Superfine Sugar
  • 1 (16 ounce bag) frozen, unsweetened strawberries, thawed
  • 2 cups ice
  • 3/4 cup rosé wine

INSTRUCTIONS

Purée water, lemon juice, sugar and strawberries together in a blender. Add ice, one cup at a time, blending after each addition. Add wine and blend until thick.

Garnish with lemon wedge, if desired.

QUICK TIP

Substitute wine with equal amount of white grape juice for a non-alcoholic treat.
