Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Homemade ice cream at its best. Made with the best ingredients and the Ninja® CREAMi® Deluxe, this recipe will be a new favorite for the whole family. The ice cream base is made with cream cheese and the unique taste of Domino® Golden Sugar. We add strawberry preserves, fresh strawberries, and graham cracker crumbs for a unique experience in texture and flavor.

Ingredients
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup Domino® Golden Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry preserves
  • 2 graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/3 cup fresh strawberries cut in small cubes

Prep Time: 10-15 minutes / Freeze Time: 24 hours / Yields: 4-6 servings

Step 1

In a large, microwave-safe bowl, microwave the cream cheese for 15 seconds. Add the sugar and the vanilla, using a whisk, combine the ingredients for 2 minutes or until the mixture resembles frosting.

Step 2

Slowly add the cream, sour cream, milk, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into a clean Creami Deluxe Pint to the Scoopable Max Fill line. Cover with lid and freeze for 24 hours.

Step 4

Remove Deluxe Pint from freezer and remove lid. Place the Deluxe Pint into the Ninja Creami Deluxe (Refer to guide for assembly).

Step 5

Press FULL and then use the dial to select ice cream. The machine will stop when ice cream is ready.

Step 6

With a spoon, create a 2-inch wide hole that reaches the bottom of the pint. Add the preserves, graham crackers, and fresh strawberries. Assemble again the pint into the machine and press MIX-IN. When processing is complete, remove from machine and serve.

Step 7

Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top of the ice cream as garnish.

Chef's Tip:

You can substitute with other fruits. Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and even peaches. Just swap the amount of preserves and fruit.
