  • ¼ teaspoon Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Domino® Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Champagne vinegar
  • ½ cup Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the olive oil. Whisk until well combined. Slowly whisk the olive oil until incorporated.

Additional Tip

This is a very versatile vinaigrette. Use it over a fresh salad or to finish grilled vegetables.
